Content Organization

Content Organization creates the foundation for effective site navigation. Organizational system consists of organizational schemes and organizational structures.

i) Organizational schemes are classification systems for organizing content into groups.
ii) Organizational structures are defining the relationships among the groups.


1. The web title: company's name, logo and image.
2. The web subjects: Home, About us, Beverages, Soft drinks, Milk drinks.
3. Contents.
4. Contact: phone number, company address, email address and fax.
5. Advertisement
6. Search for keyword.

Initial requirements are likely to change when new technologies develop, new ideas appear, and new tasks become apparent, often only after there is some form of initial system that can be used. The initial requirements are not fixed goal, they are more a milestone towards a final, user-centered system.

Generic User Characterizations

- Our user normally is the web users, which will be the “do then read” people. Because our website will just only introduce or promoting the beverage products and showing the price list. So it must be a usability web site for the web users since our user is the public.

- The user will be the one who familiar with normal webpage design. So they should understand what is frame, pop-up windows and search commands.

- Sex: Male and female. But male will be the main target because most of them are business man. Vision limitation: no

- Cultural Difference

- Education: Our target user will be the business man which is not necessary a college student or college graduate.

- Profession: Business man

- Corporate style: Our client is a beverage company. So it is better to build the website with various graphic, more creativity way to introduce the drinks. So that the user will not feel boring or too formal when visiting the website.

Environment analysis

- Important details should be font larger as users might use mobile with small screen to browse the webpage.

- Server down will cause the users unable to get through the webpage.

- Cargo van needed to deliver the products to customers in bad weather.

- Traffic jam will delay the time on delivering products.
